Private Training can take place at Tumblewood Canine or in the exact environment where the challenges occur, ensuring effective, real-world results. Let us help you unlock your dog’s full potential with expert guidance tailored just for you!
Private Lessons
When you sign up for Private Lessons, we start with a consultation to determine your training goals. We’ll work with you to build a customized plan that focuses on the areas you want to address. During each Private Lesson we will teach you the skills and techniques you need to turn your pup into the perfect family pet. We can address everything from puppy training and socialization, to basic obedience and overcoming training challenges. Because our lessons are one-on-one, you will receive more instructor time and we can teach things not covered in a typical group class.

Behaviour Consultation
Behaviour Consultations are designed to help you address problem behaviours requiring behaviour modification therapy. We start each Behaviour Consultation by learning as much as we can about you, your dog and the problem behaviour. This includes things like when the behaviour started, what triggers it, and how your dog reacts. We then provide you with a training plan to help manage the behaviour, as well as techniques and exercises to reduce the behaviour from occurring over time. Depending on the issue, we may recommend additional training such as Private Lessons or Group Classes, so we can ensure you have the tools you need to meet your training goals.
